Srinath Raju is
the President of Raju Associates, Inc. Prior to
establishing Raju Associates, Mr. Raju was the Vice
President and Principal at Kaku Associates Inc and
Senior Associate at Barton-Aschman Associates Inc.
Mr. Raju has
over 26 years of experience in transportation
planning, traffic engineering and parking studies.
Srinath Raju was the Project Director / Manager of
several large transportation projects within the
United States and China.
Mr. Raju earned
his Master's Degree from Virginia Polytechnic
Institute & State University in Civil Engineering,
and his Bachelor's Degree of Civil Engineering from
Bangalore University, Bangalore, India. He has
developed, implemented and applied over 45 different
travel demand forecasting models using TransCAD,
EMME, TranPlan and MINUTP. Mr. Raju has worked on
over 500 different projects as a manager and / or
engineer in the last ten years.
He is also a
member of the American Society of Civil Engineers
and the Institute of Transportation Engineers.

Bangali Doumbia
Senior Associate Transportation Planner
Mr. Doumbia is the Senior Associate Transportation Planner
at Raju Associates, Inc. Prior to joining Raju Associates, Mr. Doumbia held positions as Senior Associate
Transportation Planner at Parsons Transportation Group
(Pasadena, Abu Dhabi - UAE, Washington DC) and at Kaku
Associates Inc.
Mr. Doumbia has been involved in various projects, including
transportation planning, travel demand forecasting using
microcomputer-based modeling procedures, traffic studies
at project-level and program-level, and parking studies.
He has used the EMME/2 transportation planning system
extensively, along with other transportation, statistical,
and data processing related software packages. He has
over 18 years of work experience.
Mr. Doumbia completed the Doctorate (Ph.D) Program
in Civil Engineering, University of Minnesota, Minneapolis,
Minnesota and received his Master of Science in Civil
Engineering, University of California, Berkeley, California
and his Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics/Physics, Hamline
University, St. Paul, Minnesota.
He is an associate member of the Institute of Transportation Engineers
and International Road Federation.

Chris Muňoz
Senior Transportation Engineer
Mr. Muňoz is a
Senior Transportation Engineer at Raju Associates,
Inc. Prior to joining Raju Associates, Mr. Muňoz
held positions at Katz, Okitsu and Associates Inc as
a Transportation Engineer and at Kaku Associates Inc
as a Project Manager.
Mr. Muňoz has
been involved in various traffic engineering
projects. He is very familiar with data collection,
assembly, and analyses relative to traffic
circulation and impacts. He has also been involved
in forecasting future traffic volumes, calculating
project trip generation, performing level of service
analysis for various scenarios using the
Intersection Capacity Utilization (ICU) method, the
Critical Movement Analysis (CMA) method, and the
Highway Capacity Manual (HCM) methodologies. He has
also been involved in developing post-processing
routines for use in analysis of intersections and
for conducting Congestion Management Program (CMP)
analysis. Mr. Muňoz has also been involved in
Transportation Planning (EMME/2 modeling), Parking
and Transit Planning. He has over 15 years of work
experience.
Mr. Muňoz
received his Bachelor of Science in Civil
Engineering from California State Polytechnic
University, Pomona. As well, he is an associate
member of the Institute of Transportation Engineers.

Phan
Senior Technician
Mr. Phan is a Senior Technician
at Raju Associates, Inc. He has over 2 years of work
experience with data collection, processing, and
database creation.
Mr. Phan is proficient in
ArcView GIS and Microsoft Excel, as well as Access
database packages. He has worked on the creation of
validation databases using peak hour counts, daily
counts, and model volumes for more than five Travel
Demand Forecasting models. Mr. Phan has also worked
closely with traffic count firms, and supervised
data collection at over 150 intersections for two
major development projects in Southern California.
